Young Urban Planners Have Security In Mind  (Archive fee)
WASHINGTON - The planned city of Candeo Glacia would be powered by hydrogen. Its residents would submit to regular iris scans for security purposes. And the leaves on its bioengineered trees would turn purple at any sign of radioactive material.
